Denier & Filament Accuracy
Every batch is checked to ensure exact denier and filament count—crucial for maintaining fabric strength and texture during knitting and weaving.
Luster & Shape Consistency
Whether it’s Semi-Dull (SD) or Bright (BRT), Round or Trilobal shape, we ensure uniformity in appearance and surface feel, which translates to a smooth and consistent fabric output.
Tensile Strength & Elongation Testing
We routinely test yarns for break strength and elongation percentage, ensuring optimal performance under high-speed looms and machinery.
Moisture & Shrinkage Control
Proper conditioning and controlled environment processes reduce moisture retention and prevent shrinkage—resulting in reliable product behavior across various applications.
Defect Detection & Elimination
Yarns are thoroughly inspected for visual defects, filament breaks, uneven winding, or contamination. Defective cones are eliminated before packaging.
Traceability & Batch Control
Each yarn cone is labeled and tracked with batch details, so any product can be traced back through its production history—ensuring transparency and trust.
